GAYFIELDS GLORY HALLELUJAH

1997 Individual Legion of Merit

GAYFIELDS GLORY HALLELUJAH (*Sleight of Hand x Gayfields Old Glory), owned by Richard and Wendy Petersen is the first Sec B stallion to win an individual Legion of Merit. His owners tell us Glory was purchased from Gail Thomson, Gayfields Welsh Ponies, at the age of seven months and has been one of our herd sires since 1991. He was trained to drive at three and ride at five.  We have found Glory to be exceptional both in disposition and manners.  He is a multi-talented pony in that he will ride English or Western, go over fences, drive in pleasure or draft and show on the line.  He has been Supreme Pony many times, has been the 1995, 1996 & 1997 WPCSA National Sec. B Stallion and was a 1996 & 1997 Champion of Champions qualifier at the Royal Winter Fair.  He's also won National Champion & Reserve honors in Pleasure Driving & Single Draft during the past three years.  We look forward to many more years of enjoyment with this pony.  Our thanks to Gail Thomson for producing this incredible pony and providing us with the opportunity to purchase and enjoy him. Gayfields Glory Hallelujah has 1941 points: 712 in breed classes and 1229 in performance.
