    *Nebo Calonog LOM was born in 1993, the year we emigrated to Canada.  As I had no colt to bring out with us the search was on for that special stallion prospect. The first time I saw Tomas he was peeping out from behind his dam just 3 weeks old, he took off across the field with that huge suspended trot that he is so well known for. I was immediately enraptured. I have never been disappointed with my decision that day. Tomas is a joy to have around, beautiful both inside and out, he has a wonderful kind temperament, excellent type and of course the movement that gives you chills. He passes on these great attributes to his offspring and it is very rewarding to see them doing so well in both performance and halter. The five Cobs that have mainly contributed to Tomas’ Sire LOM are Gallod Replica Section C stallion out of Mabren Rose owned by Mark and Mel Bosworth, Gallod Gruffydd out of Meadowlawn Brenda and Ashland Dylan out of Penrhyn Brightlight  Section C geldings owned by Eleanor and Anne Petersen,  Gallod Fair Miss Wales Section D mare out of *Gallod Welsh Maid and Quillane Pryderi Section D stallion out of Fair Tegolin of Penrhyn both owned by Gallod Welsh.

    Tomas has excellent credentials himself including WPCSA National Year End Champion, Champion of Champions at the Toronto Royal Winter Fair, many Supreme Championships at halter and Championships under saddle and in harness. Although like his sire the great Nebo Daniel, Tomas is something of a reluctant showman, he always has a fan club when he shows that whoop him on at ringside and he shows with great pizzazz. His main show handler is Mark Bosworth but Richard Gearhart also showed him successfully in CA. He was shown under saddle by Mollie Tetrault (14) and Megan Blythe and driven by Duane Stewart and myself.
