    Rollingwoods Double Stuff AOH (Rollingwoods Easy As L LOM x  Rollingwoods Lorna Doone LOM/AOE). Imagine our surprise the morning that Rollingwoods Lorna Doone produced the “belted Galloway” known as Double Stuff.  Joanna and Ruth quickly emailed pictures to Sally Ross and she was sure that it was some type of joke.  But God works in mysterious ways and sometimes He knows more than we do. 

    Rollingwoods Double Stuff began his career as a three year old, garnering points in Halter, English and Western. He ended up National Champion in 2004 in Half Welsh Geldings, English Pleasure and Third Nationally in Western Pleasure.  After a winter of learning he entered the Hunter ring as a four year old.  In 2005 he again dominated the Half Welsh divisions winning National Champion in Half Welsh Halter, English Pleasure and Adult Hunter and Reserve Champion in Western Pleasure. 

    Perhaps his greatest attribute is his unflappable attitude.  During 2005 Stuff helped Turner to his show ring debut “off lead” in the Walk class.  During one class in Maryland, Turner riding Western had let his reins become dangerously long.  While the ponies were lined up for judging three ponies spooked into Stuff who calmly stood there and allowed them to collide with him.  Of course being a Lorna child Stuff is infinitely lazy so he has taught Turner to ride as opposed to making it too easy. At home he has been teaching our niece, Kelli to ride and as far as she is concerned, he is the only pony at Rollingwoods Farm.  Although Stuff wasn’t exactly what we were expecting he certainly has been a blessing albeit an unusual one.
