Stallion Service Report - Filed by purebred stallion owners
prior to December 31st of the year of service. $15 annual filing
fee; $5 penalty for each month the report is late up to $50. 1st Report - Submit report ($15 fee waived),
a $75 additional registration fee, $40 DNA fee (if
not already typed), lab processed color photo and Certificate of Registration.
Any late fees will also apply.
Breeding Certificate - To be given by the stallion owner
to the mare owner after stud fee has been paid or with each bred mare
sold by stallion owner for submission with the resulting foal's application for
registration.
Purebred Application for Registration - For registration of purebred
Welsh ponies or Welsh cobs.
Half-Welsh Application for
Registration - For
registration of half-Welsh ponies/cobs. One parent must be purebred and
registered as such with the Society.
Transfer of Ownership - A penalty is incurred if not submitted within three
months of date of sale.
Castration Report - Date of castration and certificate of registration
to be sent to National office.
Report of Death - Date of death and certificate
of registration to be sent to the National office for cancellation.
Certificate returned upon request.
Application
for Membership –
Life, junior life, annual associate, annual, family/firm and junior
memberships. Annual Associate members do not receive discount on registration
or transfer fees or the right to vote.
Incomplete Penalty – Effective April 15, 1988,
incomplete registration applications will be charged a $10.00 incomplete
penalty fee.
Unprocessed Paperwork – A $10.00 service charge will be imposed on paperwork
returned unprocessed.
